Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about international delivery, please get in touch with us at hello@tanandbrown.com.au before placing an order.

International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Shipping Rates (Australia)

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

  • $15 AUD flat rate for most items

  • $25 AUD flat rate for the extra-large bags

  • Free shipping across Australia for all account holders

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of handling fees.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated (for example, pre-order or made-to-order items).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and carrier.

As a guide:

  • Metro areas: approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors beyond our control.

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-order or made-to-order items, estimated dispatch timelines will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. Allow 4-6 weeks to make your order and an additional 3-5 days to dispatch. The same delivery timeframes then apply.


Delays

If there is an unexpected delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, if delivery does not occur within a reasonable time or within an agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy.

 

Authority to Leave & Safe Delivery

By placing an order, you authorise delivery to the address provided. If you request authority to leave, the parcel will be left at your nominated location at your risk.

We recommend providing a secure delivery address.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@tanandbrown.com.au within 3 business days so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
